Definitively, the enterprise 2.0 could improve the collaboration between any groups of people. For example, using the wiki the scientists could work together co-generating new knowledge.

Overall, I believe scientists, doctors, and clinics from everywhere in the world working together, sharing and learning from each other using enterprise 2.0 (such us socialtext) would open a new way of improving the lives of children around the world.
